Payment:

• All payments are processed securely via the trusted platform, Square.
• All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable.
• Full payment is required at the time of purchase, including any applicable postage fees.
• Online payments can be made using credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
• In-store purchases are accepted via EFTPOS or cash.

Postage:

• We deliver Australia-wide.
• A flat-rate postage fee applies to all orders.
• Orders over $200 qualify for free postage.
• Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. If any delays occur, we’ll contact you directly.
• Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.
• Delivery times vary based on your location within Australia. Most orders arrive within 2–6 business days from the date of dispatch.

If you experience any delivery issues, we’ll work with the courier to resolve them.

Pickup:

• We offer pickup directly from our Warragul Factory, as a delivery option at checkout.
• Located at 33 Masterson Court, Warragul Victoria 3820
• Open Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm
• You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.
• Orders must be collected within 30 days of purchase. After this period, the stock will no longer be reserved for you, and a refund will be issued.
• If someone else is collecting on your behalf, please notify us in advance to ensure a smooth handover
• Important Note:
  Some items are currently pickup-only. If your cart includes one of these items, your entire order will be marked as pickup only at checkout.
  If you'd like other items posted, please place a separate order that does not include any pickup-only products.

In-Store Availability:

• Please note that not all items are stocked at our storefront. If you visit our store and the item you’re after is not available for immediate purchase:
  • We will offer to arrange delivery to your address (standard postage fees and delivery timeframes apply),
    or
  • You can choose to collect the item later via our pickup service once it becomes available.

Our team will guide you through the process, including payment, expected availability, and pickup/delivery options.
