Change of Mind:
- You can return unopened, unused items within 30 days of purchase. However, you cannot return opened pest control products due to health and safety regulations.
- You must provide proof of purchase.
- Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- We will issue a refund once we receive the returned product and confirm it is unopened and unused.
Faulty or Damaged Products:
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- You must provide proof of purchase and photos of the fault or damage for assessment.
- We’ll cover return postage for approved faulty or damaged products, provided it is safe to return them.
- If returning the item is unsafe due to the nature of the product (e.g., opened pesticides), we will work with you to resolve the issue appropriately.
- Depending on the outcome, we’ll offer a refund or exchange.
Refunds:
- We issue refunds to the original payment method.
- We process refunds once we receive the returned item or approve evidence of the fault.
- The refund amount will be based on the product price and postage paid at the time of purchase.
- Please allow a few business days for processing.
Exchanges:
- If stock is available, we will send you a replacement of the same product when the original is damaged or faulty.
